Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Space Coast Web Design ("we," "us") collects through spacecoastwebdesign.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information you give us
When you fill out the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the package you're interested in, and any message you write. You can also email or call us directly, in which case we receive your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us.
When you book a call, you do that on Calendly's website, and Calendly collects the details you enter there. We don't collect payment information through this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts if you want to work with us.
- To keep basic business records.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising. We only email you about your inquiry or your project, not about unrelated promotions.
Who else handles your information
We use a few outside services to run the site and respond to you. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Formspree receives the contact form submission and delivers it to us by email (privacy policy).
- Calendly handles call scheduling if you choose to book (privacy policy).
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any host, may log technical information such as IP address and browser type when a page is requested (privacy policy).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and we don't set cookies of our own. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. Because there is no tracking to opt out of, we don't change anything in response to "Do Not Track" signals. Third-party sites you visit from here, such as Calendly or the example sites in our portfolio, have their own practices.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep reasonable business records. If you become a client, we keep your information for the length of our working relationship and as long after as contracts and records reasonably require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who has access to the messages you send us. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matt@spacecoastwebdesign.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the time your state's law requires. Residents of some states have additional legal rights, and we'll honor those requests too.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
